Children
SonTown Children's Ministry and MPCC is a place where
kids and families are a priority! Our children's activities are planned
with the needs and likes of kids in mind. We want to make church an
enjoyable time, where God's ways are taught through active Bible lessons, which
include games, art and FUN!
Our goal is to assist parents in their job of training
children up in the Lord. We desire to plant seeds of faith and love and
make Jesus' disciples.

Spring Retreat
Driven Youth will be going on a Spring Retreat this year to Aspendale Retreat Center (by Ruidoso). We will spend the last weekend of spring break worshiping God through music, getting to know friends better, studying the Bible, and a bit of recreation too! Youth from 6th to 12th grade are welcome! It will be Mar 23, 24, and 25. The total cost will be $100 and I will need a $20 deposit by March 7th.
High School Mission Trip
This year Driven Youth will be heading to Alabama to help share God's love through tornado recovery efforts. Mission trips can be a life changing experience and I strongly encourage all high school students to pray about going with us! The dates will be July 13-23 and the cost is $375. We will learn about support raising and will all fundraise together if necessary. I need commitments and a $30 deposit by January 29th for everyone who wants to go. More information can be found here.
The Story
We are joining the rest of MPCC as we read through "The Story", an abridged version of the Bible, this semester. Students are encouraged to read a chapter each week and come Wednesday Nights from 6:30-8:30 ready to hear a lesson and discuss what they read. Students can buy a "The Story" book in the youth room for just $3.
Adults
Colossians 1:28 We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching
everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in
Christ.
Romans 8:29 God planned that those he had chosen would
become like his Son. In that way, Christ will be the first and most honored
among many brothers.
God’s desire is that everyone of us become mature in Christ
– that is to become like His Son Jesus Christ.
We take advantage of four different environments to help
us grow:
Congregational Worship, Small Groups, Seminars, and Mentoring Relationships.
We focus on growing in
Christlikeness in these four areas:
Faith, Character, Service, and Relationships.

as well. Questions? Contact
